Rekordbox wont shrink or compress my waveform to a new BPM

Been using rekordbox for my set preperations for about 2 years now and havent came across this issue until now.. dont know if its a bug or a setting that i dont know about because ive looked through the settings muiltiple times to try and fix it but cant find anything... so i have two tracks loaded one bpm is 174 and the other is 160 bpm naturally you could bring the 174bpm down to 160bpm and the waveform would adjust to 160bpm instead of 174bpm but i dont think its doing it no more... i cant even mix a track thats even 5 beats off without having to adjust it every second to keep the beats aligned... please help i have no idea how to fix this
