As mentioned in my other post, I am spending hours converting my VOB video files to MP4. In Rekordbox preferences I can choose a number of sample rates such as 44100, 48000 etc. Most of my videos are 48000 so that's fine. When I plug in my XDJ-RX2 though, the only sample rate that I can choose is 44100.
My questions are:
1) If my videos are 48000, will the sound quality suffer if it can only select 44100 when my controller is plugged in?
2) Should I resmaple the audio during the conversion from 48000 to 44100?
3) Does it matter?

Use 48000; you can't play videos directly on the RX2 itself, they're played within rekordbox (which can handle that sample rate), so no, there won't be any quality loss, and no, you don't need to worry. 😄
