I am using rekordbox for one year and I never had any problems. I updated to the 5.0.1 and there was not any error aswell.
But now, I am unable to open rekordbox. if I try to open it nothing happens. I already uninstalled it and tried again but sadly I am not able to open it.
Can you please help me?

Hello i'm having the same issue with 5.0.2 on Windows 10 since the 1709 update . By default it was the 64 bits version , so I uninstalled it and tried the 32 bits . I even tried the 5.0.1 and same issue ...Unexpected error .... I 'm using this software for work in bars ... PIONEER devs, please help !
