If it's happened with multiple USB drives, it could certainly be a fault with the unit. Please contact Pioneer DJ support in your region to have the unit inspected / repaired.
I was Setting up my USB sticks completely new from scratch (FAT32) with rekordbox 5.0.2 as I was doing a lot of changes in the DB. Now I am getting 'Library not responding' Errors on both linked XDJ-1000mk1 Players. However the Music continue to Play and I don't get an emergency Loop. The error Comes up when not pressing any button on the XDJ. Once the error is displayed on either one of the Player and I am doing an Action on it the error goes away and all works as usual.
I am using a large Sandisk Extreme Pro USB 3.1 256GB. It worked all fine. Only after deleting all files and starting all over this turned out to happen.
The LED around the USB port is blinking in the colour set up for it. Is this maybe because the stick is not fully read? I was thinking it will stop blinking after a while....
Any Suggestion?
Thanks
Frank

Update: I prepared 3 USB sticks. The other 2 seem to be fine. At least the USB Led at the USB Port of the XDJ are stopping blinking after a while.
I'm going to reformat the Sandisk and Export again. I will Report back once done.

Meanwhile I got the 'Library not responding' messgae from another USB Stick as well. Is this maybe linked to the Standby Option of the Player? Haven't seen this before.
