XDJ-RX Firmware - Random TEMPO change

Hello Ive had the XDJRX for about 16months now.

Ever since the last 2 firmware updates the TEMPO randomly changes when I have 2 song perfectly beatmatched

Example:

Song 1 = 88 BPM

Song 2 = 88 BPM

It seems within 16 or 32 bars "one" of the tunes will randomly change to 88.5 or 87.5 or 90 bpm.

Note: It is never a consistant number it changes to

Firmware 1.8 did not have this issue (2.XX has started this issue)

Also Note: Both Platters will flash in tandem, when the flashing happens its freak out time 0_o & you better be quick to correct it. Basically I can no longer walk away from the decks :(

I have confirmed this issue using  raw USB , RekordBOX DJ, Serato  & Virtual DJ

I've tested Virtual DJ just to confirm it is not Software related. It started after I updated the firmware from v1.8 to 2.XX (it did it with v1.8, but once or twice within 1000hrs of use ) (ever since version 2.XX it happens within 10mins of use).... Note: Firmware 2.21 did not fix this at all.

Please tell me this is known and I do not have to analyze my songs to prevent this?

It is clearly a Hardware / firmware issue.

Thanks in advanced , praying to the Gods

:)

@Aaron > Have you checked that the songs haven't been analysed with Dynamic mode if they are a constant tempo? That could cause the BPM to fluctuate as the algorithm is designed to adjust to a variable timing in the tempo. If you use the wrong mode (Dynamic vs. Normal), you'll find that happening quite often, especially when sync is engaged.

Yes i analyze with Normal Mode

Been a year and still no fix to this after updating all Driver and software over the year. The Platters flash then one track will just change BPM randomly.

My Friends XDJ-RX2 does not have this problem "at all" using my same Tablet. Using VDJ or Rekordbox. Happens less in Rekordbox but still happens.

If i use my XDJRX with a MAC it happens also.

It is definitely hardware related & it seemed to start "after" Firmware 1.8...

@Aaron > Sorry I missed your post / follow-up from November. If you're still having this issue, please provide me with a bit more information...

- Does this happen when using the RX as a controller only or does it also happen when DJing from USB devices, and is the issue consistent across all sources?

- What is the computer spec (CPU, RAM, OS version, etc) of the computer you've used it with (both the Mac and PC)?

- With which software versions does this occur?
