Deactivating and passing on Rekordbox license key Support not replying (PLEASE READ THIS TIME)

Hi. Sorry to be a bother but I'm having a problem finding information confirming that if I deactivate my key on all computers I can pass or sell on the code. I'm having a problem on ebay and I need to direct someone to that information or if someone from pioneer can confirm that here it would be a big help. I know I've seen it somewhere but just can't remember where and I've been looking for a week now. I know how to deactivate the key that's not what I'm asking. I've tried support weeks ago and they've not got back . This shouldn't be this complicated. Any actual help will be greatly appreciated.

NO!

Not only do you need to deactivate it, but you also need to ask us to unlink it from your account!

If you activated a rekordbox license to your PDJ account and then you sell the license, the next owner can't activate it because that license is still tied to your account, even if it's not installed on any computers.

You need to file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to release the license.

I'm very curious about this as well. I just got my near-new DDJ-RB controller here from Amazon but the license is absent and Rekordbox is the whole reason why I came to Pioneer! I'm pumped to use it and start having some fun, if anyone from support can help figure this out that would be very useful!

Yes. Just had confirmation on Twitter from Pioneer DJ that you can pass on a license key if you deactivate it off all your computers. So yeah if you buy a second hand controller and the seller deactivates the code it can be passed on eith the controller. Thank you Pioneer DJ for your help much appreciated.
