Demo Function DDJ-SZ

Hi there,

I use a Pioneer DDJ-SZ with Virual DJ Pro for my VJ and DJ gigs and often perform with other DJ's who mostly use the CDJ2000's. During their performance I often play prefab visuals to support their gigs. However after a few minutes without use the demo function of the DDJ-SZ automaticly kicks in which ofcourse is disturbing for the DJ who is performing. Turning off the DDJ-SZ is not an option whilst it is playing a visual.

Please let me know how I can switch off the demo function.

As shown on page 24 of the Owner's Manual:

To get into the Utility mode:

Thanks for this reply, it is very useful. I guess I should first set the deck into Utility mode, should I ?

Yes, you can't access that setting without being in Utility mode. ;)
