1) Check that your firmware and drivers for the CDJs are up-to-date.
2) Verify that your computer's power settings for the USB devices and chipsets is such that it will never go to sleep - this is a common issue for disconnection of devices.
hey, i have 2 new 350 cdj's and rekordbox 4.3.0, my issue is that after 5,10, 20 min tops one or both cdj's disconnect from the SW, now when the sound stops if i just press play move the jog or touch the tempo the sound comes back.
i have a new powerful laptop with i7 16gb and 512gb ssd with win10 i also tried with my other laptop with win7 and same thing, but i can say that with my 2011 macbook pro everything worked well what make me think that this is a driver issue, now installd 1.500 driver i even tried 1.210 and same problem.
any suggestions ?

both cdj's are on last FW 1.13
all of my laptops are optimize for dj's work, i even canceld the sleep mode in the 350's utility and still the same problem.
i tried even 2 new usb cables...
No no no - not the sleep mode on the CDJs themselves, within Windows.
See this blog post for information (I would not try the registry edit first - use that only if the second method doesn't work).
hey pulse, wrote that my laptops are optimize for work and i know that one of the first thing is to disable the usb Selective Suspend, about the cdj's you can see that i wrote "even" i meant also.
but still its a new and powerful laptop and it happens after 5-20 min, i could think its a win10 problem but it also happens with my dell xps from 2013 with win7,both connected to a usb 2.0 port not 3.0...
