But in file name can be more info than in tag. So for me it would be great feature.

I also like this. The artist is more important than the music title, it writes off the car radio, etc. But for some reason they do not want this, so I can not use it.

The metadata information for a given track is vital to any DJ. There are no ways to properly embed this information in a filename, that makes it functional in a DJing scenario. 

Implementing a file-dependent resource in DJing software would not only be a profound misuse of the coders time, but would add complexity and "junk" to the coding for the search parameters - which we need to be lightning fast for searching on the go. 

Rather than getting the vendors to adopt to your workflow, you should adapt to the workflow of the vendor you use the most - and I dare say - making sure you have correct and properly formatted metadata - that you'll be good to go with Rekordbox DJ, Serato, Traktor, VLC, iTunes, and anything in between.
