We don't recommend it as it is not officially supported.
I am storing all of my collection on my network so I do not have to copy it on all my machines. The problem is, I can't seem to be able to move the database itself on that same network. I have to copy it on all my machines. Is there a way to do that?
Thanks.

I believe it will only work with drive that are directly connected to the laptop
Thank you for your response.
I also came to that same conclusion as well.
In my opinion, I believe rekordbox should allow us to move the DB where we want.
Being forced to have the DB located on a local drive means, I have to carry around an external USB drive, back and forth from my home office to my basement sound system. That defeats the purpose of a home network.
Maybe Pioneer should have a look into this matter as I am sure I am not the only person having this issue.
Thanks.
Yep I have griped about this too.
If only you could put the database on say the onedrive or Google drive or a dropbox, then your music and database are up in the cloud backed up and safe.
