Which CDJ model are you using it with, and what is the firmware version of that CDJ?

Rekordbox IOS bar counter not working
Hi
My Beat Count Display setting on my laptop is set to Current Position (Bars) and when i play a track, the bar counter works as expected
However, if i export the same track to my iPHONE 7 and play the track, the beat counter remains blank and says --,- bars.
How do i correct this? Am i missing a setting on my iphone?

Apologies for the late reply,
I'm using a Pioneer DDJ-SX controller with Rekordbox 5.0. I've installed the latest version of Rekordbox IOS on my IPhone 7 plus.
I've attached a screenshot of my phone. The bar counter is blank and just shows --,- Bars.
