I'm having sound issues with my new DDJ-RB. I cannot get it to play out thru the DDJ RB controller. If I leave it unplugged the rekordbox software and sound runs find. If I plug it in then no sound out put is offered. I have changed preferences so AUDIO is through the speakers which works ok but the headphones settings suffers and will not work.
It will work in both on and off positions; when PC MASTER is enabled, it sends the audio through the controller AND the computer's audio device at the same time. When it's disabled, the audio will only go through whichever audio device is selected in the preferences.

Did you install the drivers before connecting it?
Its all sorted now.. the on/off button for pc master out was off. Only by chance I found this out, couldnt see this in any support files I read.
