DDJ SX2 sound fade
hi for some unknown reasons everytime i'm playing, the sound stops. I'm using mac book pro. i don't know what to do

Need a bit more info to help resolve this...
1) What software are you using (and version)?
2) Which version of the OS are you using?
3) What is the firmware version of the DDJ-SX2?
4) How do you have the SX2 connected to your computer - direct or via USB hub?
5) Have you tried using a different USB port or USB cable?
6) Have you tried using a different computer?
