Pioneer xdj rx hiss noise

Just got my brand new XDJ RX controller and have used it for some hours and it's very good. Only one thing im worried about. I am connected via the RCA outputs and it creates a noticeable hiss noise that i think could be a factory flaw. even my ddj rb does not make that loud hiss noise with the exact same cable and speakers etc. please help me. should i return the controller?

If you feel the XDJ-RX doesn't meet your expectations for the amount of noise it is producing, first test it with another system (and cables), and if it still exceeds the amount of noise you believe it should be producing, please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the unit inspected and/or serviced as there may be a fault with the unit.

Did you experiment with the Master Level, Trim and Line fader levels. Do your speakers have a level control, is that set too high?

I'm using RCA too and can't get any hiss. I'm surprised how quiet it is to be honest.

If i set everything to zero on the controller it is still as high, it only changes when i change the volume on the speakers. As i mentioned, with the exact same setup My ddj rb does not make any hiss. Only thing i can think off is that it's a factory flaw.
