Do you see 2 decks (or 4), or just 1 with Serato DJ open?
New DDJ-SX2 with Serato. I get sound from Serato when the DDJ is unplugged, and I get sound from the DDJ when I do the Sound Control Panel Audio Device "Test". That's it. It seems everything else works except getting sound from the DDJ while in Serato. Here's what I've tried so far:
1. Downloaded latest driver from Pioneer DJ support (Ver 1.0)
2. Latest Firmware (Ver 1.0.6)
3. Latest Software from Serato
4. Factory Reset of the DDJ
5. Mode set to Serato
6.Faders at 100%
7. Gain Turned Up
8. All other USB Disconnected Except the DDJ-SX2
9. Control Panel Sound Playback Device Volume for the DDJ at 100%, not Default Device, no Exclusive Mode
I've been changing one thing at a time then restarting Serato, Windows 10, and and the DDJ and none of the above has worked to get sound. Interesting that I get sound from the DDJ only from doing the "test" for it in the Sound Control Panel.
It would be very awesome to get started with Serato and any help would be very much appreciated.

It's actually a problem with installing the latest version of Quicktime. I get an error while doing that, so I am assuming that is the problem. Rekordbox works fine for now. Thanks.
Were you able to resolve it by reinstalling QT?
Installing an earlier version of Quicktime did not resolve the issue. The error while installing the latest version of Quicktime was insurmountable.
So did you solve the issue or not?
I have 100% exact issue
@Mike > Are you also running Windows 10, and if so, are you using the Creator's Edition update?
