I cannot get any sound to play, I have installed rekordbox and no sound will play no matter what I try

Be sure the drivers are installed for your operating system and make sure your firmware is updated.

@Jelson > Unfortunately, if the seller did not provide it, you can't get a rekordbox 5 license key, however you can download rekordbox 6 and use it for free without a key since rekordbox 6 recognizes the DDJ-RB as a hardware unlock device and activates the functions that way.
