Were the tracks analysed in normal or dynamic mode?

I believe normal mode in rekordbox on my macbook before exporting the playlist to my usb.

And do the tracks you're testing match and stay in sync if you test mix them in rekordbox?

Do you mean in midi mode or just by playing them in rekordbox? I havent actually played each track individually in rekordbox. I've imported and analysed a number of tracks at once into a playlist in recordbox, and the problem applies to a part of the numbers in the playlist.

To be more clear :

I play a track on deck 1 and its set as master. Then start a track on deck 2, with the sync button turned on. Once i've started the song using the cue button and press the play/pause button it skips a fragment of the track. Same occurs if i do the same with the sync button turned off and apply sync afterwards.

Problem is solved, filtered it right down to the rootcause, beatgrip, rekordbox simply did not analyse to the right beat, manually configured each track. Thanks for the help anyway
