Connections for rekordbox dj Performance

A bit of advise;

I have NXS2 setup. CDJs and mixer connected to LAN hub which is connected to Mac.
Mixer also connected to Mac via USB.

What other connection do I need to use Performance mode?

I'd want to still have my red on air jog lights and want my CDJs routed to channels 2 and 3.

First, for using the CDJs as HID controllers in PERFORMANCE mode, link them to each-other and the DJM via ethernet, and you can use the LINK EXPORT tool to bridge the USB > ethernet so only one device has to be connected via USB - typically this would be the DJM as it's being used as the audio interface. (It's really a genius configuration if you ask me!)

What won't work is "on-air" as that's not supported in PERFORMANCE mode regardless of the configuration.

Is it not possible to adjust the beat grid from the CDJs when in Performance mode?

Not using the CDJ itself in HID mode, no.

Is this still a limitation?

I'd love to use Performance mode but also use my CDJs to physically adjust the grid.

I haven't tried this in a while but I know it's available on the XZ, so it may now be available on the CDJ-2000NXS2's, I'll have to test it.
