I recently accidentlly synced my iTunes library with my rekordbox library and lost all the star ratings I’ve added within rekordbox. The only other place my library is is my export USB stick, and right-clicking it within rekordbox and choosing “Update Collection” does not update the now-empty star ratings in my main library.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Try using the rekordbox 5.0.2b2 beta - it has a fix for the iTunes star ratings, but you do need to remember that any subsequent sync from iTunes will overwrite the rekordbox ratings as it's not a two-way sync.

I installed the beta and tried using Update Collection again, but my star ratings are still not transferring over.
I copy/pasted my PIONEER and CONTENTS folders that have the star ratings elsewhere on my computer so I always have a backup, as I was unaware of the official "backup library" feature before this whole debacle took place. As soon as I select my USB, rekordbox begins "Exporting volume" and deleting chunks of star ratings before I have a chance to cancel that operation.
So, along with retrieving the star ratings from the "PIONEER" and "CONTENTS" folders, is there a way to stop the Exporting Volume operation from starting as soon as I select my USB?

Still unable to recover my star ratings from my export device. Currently running 5.0.2 official release.
Right-clicking my export device and selecting "Update Collection" shows an incredibly fast progress bar, but my Collection's star ratings remain blank.
Using the Sync manager and selecting the "CUE, GRID, INFO" arrow also does't import my star ratings.
Star ratings are integral to how I create my playlists. Please help!
