When plugged in and turned on, do any lights come on?

ddj rx does not start
I have a ddx rx ... practically new used few times. I have the equipment about 5 months. I was at home with her on when she suddenly stopped working and did not call me any more ....... I would like to help solve this problem. Has anyone had the same problem and has the solution? thank you!
