The XDJs have no problem with 128GB capacity drives. In fact, you could connect a multiple-terrabyte hard drive and it would read just fine. As long as the format is correct; it must be either FAT32 or HFS+ (in Master Boot Record).
From your post, I'm not quite clear which drive has the problem with which unit.
So please explain why when I have a XY song in the playlist and I'll find it - I can not find it
