Twice tonight I was playing out tonight on my RX and at a random point in two of my tracks a 2 second gap of silence appeared - The wave form was also showing no transient information for those 2 seconds.
Reloaded the tracks afterwards and the silence wasn't there, and waveform displayed as normal so there is a bug within Rekordbox Performance mode somewhere.
v1.04 - Mac OSX 10.13.1
Sorry to hear that, could you please file an inquiry ticket here, our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue. Hopefully it's an isolated problem!

Filed a ticket and no one has bothered to come back to me yet, still happening and I have a video of it.
Gotta say I am finding Pioneers support more and more shocking
