I havent booted my XDJ RX for a while (3 weeks) and now when booting it it just freezes after boot. After the Rekordbox logo has loaded and booted it just freezes. If I input an USB the devices recognizes an USB but I can t do anything as the screen has froozen.
When I try to upgrade the firmware it states "MAIN firmware update failed". I have tried 3 different USB: s and all formated with FAT32... I have tried v2.20 and 2.21, I have tried USB 1+2. Same outcome. It doesnt even start - just get the error.
I cant access the test mode as the device hangs after loading.
Any suggestions?
Unfortunately if the firmware update has failed, I'm going to lean towards it being a hardware problem.
Please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your XDJ inspected and/or repaired.
