I'm only starting a new post as I get an error when trying to contact customer support via the webpage.
I paid for core since January but still didn't get the DVS configured to work.
I just get the message "error" when trying to calibrate.
Have follow manual instructions but I'm now lost.
Would like to get it set up and ideally get an extension on the year for Core.
Can you help me Pioneer!?

I'm having this issue too.
Decided to sell the controller and go for a 250MK2 with DVS….and I cannot get it to work. Rekordbox will not collaborate the tone signal and nothing happens, won’t play my library either. I’ve tried everything
