Are you actually EXPORTING the music to the USB drive? It doesn't sound like it... Can you walk us through the process?
I am having an issue occur when trying to export playlists (that contain hot cues set in Rekordbox) from Rekordbox to my CDJ-formatted USB. The first issue is that I can only export to the USB in performance mode otherwise my CDJS says "Rekordbox database not found" When I export to my USB in performance mode and then put it into my CDJS, the tracks, and hot cues are there on the waveforms and the hot cue buttons are lit up accordingly. The strange thing is when I press the call button to jump to my starting hot cue or any hot cue, my CDJ says "No cue/loop point". Does anyone know why this would be happening? I have also tried to use the sync manager on Rekordbox and the first time I tried I still had the same issue with the hot cues and when I tried today an error message popped up that said "Device library is corrupted" even though I reformatted my USB and there are no files on it. Just for background, I use an external hard drive that holds my music collection and that is the directory for Rekordbox which seems to work fine. I am very confused and have no idea what to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Well, the tracks, playlist, and hot cues (besides the call function) transfer to the USB and work on CDJS so I think I am actually exporting but could be wrong. How I have been exporting to my USB is as follows:
1. Make a Playlist of tracks on rekordbox and add hot cues to whichever tracks need them (This is all in performance mode)
2. I have tried many different methods, but the only one that actually seems to export everything (besides the hot cue calling issue) onto the USB is right-clicking on the playlist name in the sidebar, clicking export playlist, and then clicking on my USB's name. I then see the little loading bar at the bottom left corner and it exports.
When I tried to use the sync manager in Export mode the first time, my CDJS said "rekordbox database not found" and when I tried to just export the playlist by right-clicking on it (the same method as above) but in Export mode, the same error message popped up. My entire music library is stored on an external harddrive and it is the root directory for my Rekordbox collection. I am very confused and don't want to mess anything up further, so any help is greatly appreciated :)
Okay, so when you make the playlist - that's not exporting it. You either need to manually right-click > export to the USB device, or drag-and-drop to the USB device, or use the sync manager and export it that way. You can confirm this by opening the Devices branch of the tree at the left of rekordbox and looking for the playlist under that USB drive.
If the CDJ says the database is not found, maybe open rekordbox (in EXPORT mode) and go to the Preferences, then to the DJ System and make sure this is set for CDJ/XDJ:
Yeah I have already done all of that. I uninstalled then reinstalled Rekordbox this morning and synced my collection directly from Itunes this time. When I made a test playlist and tried to use sync manager to export to my USB the same error message came up "device library is corrupted". This is a brand new Sandisk Extreme USB that is formatted correctly and works everywhere else except on Rekordbox Sync Manager. Also why can I export the playlist by right clicking on it and exporting to USB and its fine, but when using sync manager it says my USB is corrupted? This seems overly complicated for no reason, can you please direct me where to go from this point?
Update: I just tried to export to my USB again by right clicking on the playlist -> clicking export to USB -> and when I put the USB in my CDJS it said "Rekordbox data not found" again. All of my music files are fine as they work in other DJ softwares so what is going on with Rekordbox?
Can you please try formatting the drive again?
I already did again this morning before trying and there is no content on the drive.
What format is the drive in? FAT32, HFS+, or exFAT?
The drive is MS-DOS (FAT32)
