Try touching something metal / grounded and see if that changes the behaviour.

DDJ-SX3 Platters not responding 2.6.2 x64 Mac 10.14.5 i7
Good Day, restarted serato after an update to 3.0, now my platters will not respond to touch correctly. I am on firmware update 1.0.2. Reinstalled the firmware. I power cycled the DJ Controller. I also restarted serato 2.6.2 still no fix. Then I restarted macbook pro mid 2015 Mojave 10.14.5. I then selected Shift + Slip/Vinyl button on and off still not spinning back on the music. I get a slow blending, not fast spin back. Any suggestions? I already am waiting on a call back in reference to the device, and software.
