Add criteria for intelligent playlist to filter tracks based on presence in other specific playlists

When building an intelligent playlist I'd like the option to select criteria for tracks that "contained in" or "not contained in" a specific playlist (or multiple playlists).

For example, if I have a large library and I want to find songs that I've forgotten about, I could build an intelligent playlist with all the normal criteria such as genre, My Tags, etc. Then I could add a criteria/filter that says "not contained in" and I can either select a specific playlist(s) or even "any playlist."

In another example lets say I have 25 options in My Tags and 3 of those are "peak time" "melodic" and "dark techno." I build an intelligent playlist that includes "peak time AND melodic AND dark techno" and it gives me 500 tracks that meet those criteria. But for a gig, I only want to pick 50 tracks to play and I call that playlist "Techno Set April 2023." I could add a criteria to filter the intelligent playlist that says "not contained in" and select "Techno Set April 2023." Then the intelligent playlist would only display "peak time, melodic, dark techno" tracks that I haven't already brought into my Techno Set April 2023. I don't have to see track in the I-playlist that I've already imported.
