Problem exporting from Rekordbox on Mac Ventura

I have problems with exporting my collection to a USB. 
 
MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
RB 6.6.10
USB 128 GB formatted as Mac OS Extended GUID Partition (I export always directly after formatting, so USB is completely empty).
 
When I want to export (by dragging my main folder which includes subfolders with all my playlists), I receive several error messages: 
  • “An error occurred while exporting"
  • “One or more files were not exported. Check the log file”.
  • “The device was removed while rekordbox was accessing to it. The database in the device might be damaged”
  • “Device library is corrupted. Do you want to delete the device library”?
On my mac all these tracks play normal with no issues. The MP3s are scanned with MP3Val (when I still used windows, MP3Val was recommended by Pulse). My .aif files are legal rips of CDs with EZ CD Audio Converter (when using windows) and dBPoweramp (mac).
 
Many tracks are mentioned in the export log so hopefully I don't need to delete them all.
 
How can I solve this issue? (My collection folder is around 900 tracks)

To follow up on this, I tried the same with a Sandisk Extreme 128GB SD card (SDXC). The error log shows resemblance as what I received with the USB, but now it shows even more tracks (it could be that the USB process stopped while exporting while the SD went to 100% and then showed the error).

The same problem here. (MBP 2019, 64GB ram, 4TB SSD, 8 core i9, macOS Monterey)..

Many tracks exported with "[4] - Track analysis data is corrupted " problem. When I export both databases, normal and Opus-Quad only, the same track have problem on normal database, on Opus  DB is perfectly OK. And vice-versa.

I tried SSD, 4 differents fast USB keys. And everytime it corrupts different tracks then before.

Since RB makes a backup without any problem, I think the DB should not be corrupt... it does not make sense to only give a warning when exporting and not when backing up if there are issues with the track analysis.

My first plan was to re-analyze the "corrupted" tracks, but this will require a lot of my time as I often edit the beatgrid ect. ... and this my be a wasted time if the DB or files are not corrupt to begin with... 

@Pulse, is there a way to check if MP3s or AIFF files could be corrupted? A program to run them through? I would be very surprised if they are though as I use paid Ripping software and legal MP3s. I can't imagine having 100 corrupted tracks out of my 1000 track collection. 

Anything else I could check? I could delete some tracks and then re-import them, but if I need to do this for my 100 tracks, it will take me a few days (beatgrid, adding to playlists, setting cue points and hot cues again)... This should not happen with a premium product.
