Rekordbox takes forever to start on Windows 11

Got my laptop from service and suddenly Rekordbox acts strange. When I start it it lies as a background process for 5 minutes before it finally reads te track and then work normal. So what is the cause of the delay. Hasn't been like this before. Works faster on my old slow laptop (with Windows 10). Is there some service or device or something that could de disable or missing that it waits for?  It used to start in 1/2 sec on the same computer earlier, so I don't know what's happened :-(
