"Failed to update the following subscription license information because your computer was not able to connect to the server."

I have the receipt from my annual subscription renewal two months ago. And, yes, as evidenced by my ability to make this post, my computer is in fact connected to the internet. Nice job, rekordbox, making us ask each other how to resolve your billing/subscription server issues. 

I have to DJ a wedding reception in two hours. Hopefully this can get resolved by then.

Hi Gabriel,

I was able to solve this issue, which i thought i passed along to one of your colleagues (Toyo?). For whatever reason, your website was not recognizing the computer i was on as the one i had activated (even though nothing had changed). Once i deactivated that computer on your website, it was able to "connect to the server" and i was able to re-activate. Please add this resolution to your knowledge base. 

The error listed "your computer was not able to connect to the server" is also factually incorrect -- the correct error would have made this a non-issue -- and therefore a bug that you should escalate to your dev team.
