RB does not save the lists transferred to USB using Sync Manager. Each disk has its own list and new USBs have to start over. Just run the Sync and select the lists again.

How To Restore Playlists Without Having Backup To a New USB On Desktop
Greetings,
I have lost my USB & I want to restore the playlists on a new USB and I have not backed up my playlist (not sure if it does it automatically), and I'm not sure how to do it if it's possible. Please direct me if you have a possible way to do so, thank you.
