DDJ FLX10 Beat FX Display is dead
Just setting up my DDJ FLX10. Everything turns on, and works, except the Beat FX Display. I am using rekordbox. I am able to use the effects but cannot see anything on the display.
When I turn on the deck, everything lights up except the display. Did I get a bad item? Or am I missing something?

Already reached out to pioneer support. They just take forever to respond. USB and power cable are properly attached. I might need to exchange this item before the return window expires.

Just got back from Pioneer Support. Device will need to be serviced.
I am choosing to exchange it instead, as I am within the return window. There is no stock though!

my individual channel meters seem to be intermittently working, were your lighting up?

MIne are lighting up just fine. Anything with lighting or display not working is likely a hardware problem. If yours is within the return window, exchange it.
