XDJ-RR iOS /iPadOS connection issue

Hello guys,

I just bought a brand new XDJ-RR today and was keen on using it with my iPad.

Now, I am trying to get the iPad or iPhone to connect but either I am doing something wrong, either something doesn't work.

XDJ-RR running latest firmware 1.03 / iPad Air 5th Gen OS running latest version 16.4.1 / iPhone 13 PRO running latest version 16.4.1.

Installed latest rekordbox version from App Store. Application runs fine and starts on both devices.

Using an original Apple usb cable - I plugged in my iPad into the USB 2 port of my XDJ-RR. I press the rekordbox button, and I see an empty list. I tried pressing USB 2 as well, and it says no device found.

Howerver, when plugged in, my iPad starts charging, so it's clear that the port works. Same behaviour occurs on USB 1 as well. 

Tried the same with my iPhone, I get exactly the same behaviour. Tried restarting the app, the XDJ, the devices, nothing works.

Am I doing something wrong, or? I have also tried selecting the XDJ connection from the menu of the app, but seems like is trying some sort of network connection which fails. 

Please help - I am bit stuck. Am I doing something wrong?
