Its been over 25 days with no answer to a fixture request I've posted, I see countless posts in the main forum that are left in the dirt. That leaves the question: If support is telling us to write our issues in the forums, and then lets posts die in said forums, do you even have a functioning support system?
I'm not the only one who thinks this, in fact I see multiple posts on reddit complaining that the forums have gotten especially bad lately:

Is this really how the leading manufacturer of DJ gear in the world wants to be perceived? I know I will not post here again if I want an answer or help. Not because I don't like the idea of a support forum, but because this is definately no support forum if theres no one writing back..
I'll be off asking ChatGPT what i want to know about your gear, since I'll have to figure it out by myself apparently.
