Just unboxed my new DDJ FLX 10 and unable to connect to serato on PC.
Serato states its a known issue on firmware version 1.0 and provides a link to Pioneer page to update.
However the Pioneer page firmware page doesnt contain any firmware update and is blank. See screenshot below:
There was a similar post on this fourm of which Pioneer repliaed with a link containing a zip file for MAC users but not PC.
Not a great start, some support would be greatly appricated.

Update: I came across the Pioneer Firmware Update Manager program that scans for available updates. After installing this and rebooting my PC I got a notification stating the following updates are available!
