It needs to be in internal mode in order for you to be able to use the mixer section in rekordbox.
You might not hear because the TRIM in your picture are set to minimum. So please increase TRIM.

Mixer is not showing up even though my FLX4 is connected?
Why is the mixer section not showing up, even though my DDJ FLX4 is plugged in? I already changed the mixer mode to internal, then it shows up but it don't hear anything! How can I fix this issue?
