Just a question, did you play it with something like VLC to see if the crackling is there?
If you are on windows, I highly recommend Xrecode3 to convert your files. Very good software.

FLAC playback on CDJ 3000
Good day. When playing a track on a CDJ 3000 in FLAC format (sample rate 44100, bit 16, uncompressed), you can hear cracking for the first two seconds. These are tracks converted from CD. I tried in different programs and on another laptop and still the same problem. Tracks bought on the Internet do not have this problem. Does anyone have the same experience or advice on how to solve the problem?
