Almost 1 YEAR from initial request and STILL NO UPDATE! - RATINGS !!!!

I am posting this so that prospective future pioneer  customers understand what they are getting into if considering buying the flagship CDJ-3000. 

The backlog of previous request concerning the issue.

So Pioneer what's up???  What is the holdup? You need some help? My contract is up with Boeing on Aug14th I'd be more than happy to help you out with some engineering or project management!

I mean how many people you have on the support team? Cant possibly be more than 1 or 2 people supporting your flagship. I mean 1 update back in February.  That's it?    Really?

For minor software fixes....Obviously no Agile methodology here.... I mean if so how long are your sprints? A Month? That's embarrassing!

Its either that or your ignoring your flagship customer base.  You can't seriously think its a good idea to keep neglecting the people that support you?

How long do you think that will last? Cast out in the cold?

Because if you tell me one more time "Its on the list" or "Thanks for your patients" I swear ...... I'll sell all my Pioneer gear and go back to vinyl and Traktor leaving you as an unpleasant distant memory.

Don't think it wont happen!

Couldn't agree more. This has been an issue raised over and over again but nothing ever happens
