FollowDDJ-FLX10 - Jog display different BPM decimal places
Using FLX10 in Serato, the RHS jog display BPM is stuck with 1 decimal place - the LHS will be one or two decimal places depending on setting in Serato. It was ok yesterday!
Have reinstalled Serato 3.0.8, and re-flashed FLX10 firmware to 112, power cycled both.
Any idea if there's a way to resolve this? Thx

Hi Michael
I logged a support ticket with Serato who came back to me, the below fix has apparently worked for some people but it didn't work for me. Good luck!

This does seem to be a bug and I have reported this in our bug-tracking software. We are still gathering information about this issue and I can't give you a timeframe for this to be resolved but our development team are looking into this.
One of my other customers has reported that this issue was resolved by resetting their Serato DJ Pro preferences file (.Plist). Can you try resetting this and let me know if this resolves your issue?
To reset your Serato DJ preferences, please follow the steps below;
- Close any running Serato software.
- Press 'Windows + R' on your keyboard.
- In the Run command box, type "regedit", and press enter.
- Once the Registry Editor is open, use the directory structure to navigate to the Serato folder; Computer/HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Serato
- Right-click on the 'Serato' folder and re-name it to 'SeratoOLD'
Note: It's very important to be careful when editing your Registry, as it can have a potentially adverse effect on your operating system. You can make a back-up and restore it if you are anxious about making changes, by viewing the Microsoft article here
Then can you try using Serato DJ Pro and see if you continue to experience this issue?

Hello,
I try it now, but for me it´s not working. In my Macbook Pro 2019 is same issue and in the second Windows laptop too. I try re-flash firmware 1.12, but that´s not working too. That seems to be some bug in flx10 firmware.
Thanks
I think the issue is in the Serato software.
Jump on the Serato forums and make some noise, there is a thread here
It will works with the new Serato Update.
