DJM 2000 TOP (of the mixer)
is it really plastic that you can see from miles away or is it a good quality plastic that is hard to scratch ??

why djm900 shine and can see from miles away and djm 2000 is mat ?? I know middle of djm 2000 shine but sides look like mat plastic...

not sure, maybe it's a different finish? an owner of one would have to give you a definite answer, maybe they cheaper out on the wax :)

hahahaha don't know but looks like lol I find plenty of pic on internet in HD so you can nice zoom and it look like metal to me that's why I decided to ask this question on here. To be honest I cant decide between djm 2000 and 900. I was big fan on djm 600 back in its days and now I want to buy a new gear and get back to DJ.

gotcha, I went with th e900 mainly for the smaller size, I do all mobile work and wanted the smallest case possible, the DJM2000 is overkill for me

you defo have remote control at home ?? You know when you use only few buttons on your remote plastic around them get whipped and shiny ?? I don't know but I think that the djm 2000 knobs will look the same after a year or so and face cover around them too. DJM900 I know that it wont because I find few pic of it on internet after hard use in club. DJM2000 have touch pad and proper effector and on that basis I'm like a women. Cant decide.
