It's my understanding you could use Bome's MIDI Translator to accomplish such a task with the existing configuration.

pioneer djm 2000 mousepad
please add a mouse touchpad to the djm 2000 midi control types. "type d" already looks like a mouse touchpad, 3 buttons at the top and everything. page 1 for mouse, page 2 for scrolling.
