pioneer djm900 connecting to pc issues

im having issues connecting my djm900 nexus to my pc. I instal the disc load the software on then plug the usb in to my pc it loads the drivers once the drivers load the pc shuts down with a blue screen say memory dump hardware problems restart. After restart a soon as i swithc the mixer on again it shuts down i removed the software and unplugged the mixer and it works fine. As soon is i put in back on again it does the same thing is anybody else having this problem or know a way i can fix it

The BSOD (blue screen of death) should have some other information on it, namely a STOP code.  Can you provide all the other detail from the screen?  (But not the long text from Microsoft, just the error information.)

Don't use the disc. Download the software and drivers on line and install.

google the code.  There are repair software to correct that. The issue is with your computer and not your mixer.

I have had tech guys look at the dump files and they said it is the drivers and ive use the ones of the pioneer site and its still doing it

@Michael > What are the specs of your computer and what OS do you use? Is it XP?

It seems like you might need to re-install Windows on your computer? Uninstall and then re-install the Pioneer drivers.
