Solution via CDJ2000/900s and any mixer and no coded cd
Still wondering whether DJM-T1 can take the lead on this, having direct connection to computer rather than the CDJ and do similar (use only one deck for mixing set)
Hi, Can the DJM-T1 be set up to use an input (CDJ for example) on CH1, start the track going (in Traktor), then assign the same player over the CH2 to cue up the next track (in Traktor) and mix it in, leaving the track on CH1 playing?
Assume all timecode using Traktor as music source, the player is the controller to be used to start the track and mix

Hi Karl. I dunno if it'll help, but due to limited space at home at extensive use of Serato with 1 turntable; I use what they call the Instant Double method.
Basically just start your track on the 1st channel using your CDJ/Turntable; set the eq's identical on your mixer; then duplicate the track onto the second channel (I'm pretty sure traktor and the DJM-T1 has a duplicate button midi assigned) then quick switch over to the second channel with the crossfader.
This leaves the 1st channel free again to start cueing, scratching; whatever.
Hope this helps man
Great, thanks a lot.
