If you're not mapping anything to that signal, it doesn't matter.

DJM2000 how can i turn off MIDI GLOBAL CLOCK?
I use on my PC VJ Software. And it always recieve "clock" midi signal from the DJM2000. And when i try to MIDI MAP some actions it always show "CLOCK". How can i disable this function. But other midi signals can recieve on pc.
