Try plugging it in a different outlet.
Hi, Absolutely gutted.. Had my djm900 nexus on and working, turned it off, changed some audio cables over and went to turn it back on and all I get is 'Pioneer' on the screen and then it turns off leaving the LFO Form light flashing continuously for about 1minute 45 seconds. Not sure on what firmware it's on either haven't updated it recently. Am unable to get it into update mode to update it either. What should I do? Thanks Adam

Try plugging it in a different outlet.
Unfortunately that didn't change anything, thanks tho
Anyone have any clues what's causing this? Or a possible fix?
@Adam > I'd urge you to contact technical support as soon as possible and arrange bringing the unit in for repair...
@Gavin > I spoke to Pioneer UK customer service and because the unit is 15 months old (only 3 months out of warranty) they refused to help me. They recommended a authorised service centre, I have taken it to there and it is being inspected to find the fault. I am now waiting to hear from the technician to see what has cause it so I can go back to Pioneer and see if they will help.
Really gutted they didn't want to help as its only just out of warranty, not what i had expected from pioneer. absolutely mint condition with minimal use in a bedroom from new.
Thanks
@Adam > I'm sorry the response you got wasn't entirely to your satisfaction. I hope the service centre is able to fully resolve your problem. Please let us know how it turns out.
@Gavin> Thanks for you help! Hopefully will find out the verdict tomorrow. praying its something simple and cheap. Will keep you updated. thanks
UPDATE
@Gavin > The engineer at the service centre has found the issue and fixed my mixer.
Fault: A small piece of Solder (looking like a drip of solder) had falling onto 2 other solder points on a circuit board shorting the circuit and therefore stopping the device from working. They tested to ensure this was the cause of the fault and once removing the drop of solder the mixer worked straight away with no other faults at all. They weren't able to determine what had caused the solder to drip onto the circuit board.
Hope this makes sense.
Thanks!
@Adam > Thats great news they were able to fix this for you. Thanks for reporting back and letting us know.
