I have a DJM900 Nexus and two CDJ2000 Nexus which are connected via SPDIF digital.
Unfortunately channel 2 is significantly quieter than the other channels to the point that you must add a a large amount of gain on the channel to pull it inline with the other channels.
Has anyone experienced this issue?

I was just about to write a post about this. I have the exact same issue. I've updated all firmware and still same issue. You wrote this in 2014 so I'm gonna post another one. This is with my DJM 900 nexus 2
Troubleshooting scenario...
Set all channel gains to the same position (doesn't matter if it's 9 o'clock or 12 o'clock), note the input signal level on CH2. Move the connection from the CH2 digital input to CH1; how does that same song playing on CH1 now register on the channel meter?
