djm 900 srt firmware update

Hello all,

Need some help with a firmware update for my 900SRT.  It currently has version 1.0 and I want to update to to 1.12.  Im using a macbook air with OSx yosemite 10.10.3,  the issue I am having is my mac won't connect with the mixer.  the light in the network settings is orange.  I have the entire system unplugged except for the LAN CABLE (through thunderbolt).  Firewall is off, I've tried rebooting and nothing.  Any suggestions????
