Have you removed the hidden pioneer folder?
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer
this is where you will find the backup database.
You may need to show hidden files n folders
I have just updated to RB 1.5 on XP X86 and cannot get the program to stay open for long before crashing, probably 10 seconds maximum.
I have read the guides on how to avoid crashes and have:
removed all USB or other mass storage devices
searched for the datafile.edb
I have removed and reinstalled RB 1.5 but it loads every time with my songs already showing before inevitably crashing.
If possible I would like to do a clean install so I input the license key again and reload my libraries however as I said, everytime I reinstall RB it loads with my library, doesnt request license key etc. I have also tried deleting all of the remaining Pioneer folders in program files after uninstalling but with no result.
Advice please anyone?
Thanks
