Rekord Box Crash

Since i have updated to the latest version, my rekorbox is crashing (message rekordbox.exe stop working)

after that I have removed the files from users/roming etc etc en made a copy from the current edb (copy) files

After removing the software en re-install i could open rekord box ..then putting back the original edb (copy) files i get the same error message

also with the edb back-up file...rekord crash again.

I then wanted to started from scratch wilth a clean install and even then after creating maps an playllist and putting some mp3 file (round 1500)

again suddenly while scanning the files the same error occured rekord box stops working and could not open again...

i never had any problem with the older versions and did not change anything in my folders/drive settings ..it all started after the update :-(

i'm stuck now as i don't want to create again my folders/playlists/ cue and so on and around 38000 tracks without to be sure it won't crash again..

i really want to go back to the older version that was working fine ...as this new one seems not stable ..but don't have the older download ....1.4.9 or so....

For next time i now know  that i won't update unless the change is really needed by me...as this really sucks @$#$@#

I work on a Windows 7 machine with 2 CDJ's 2000

@Hans > You pointed out the problem yourself:

"again suddenly while scanning the files the same error occured rekord box stops working and could not open again..."

It would seem there are one of more bad MP3s causing the import to crash.

You will be unable to revert to a previous version if you've used anything newer than 1.5.x as the database will have updated to a newer version.  I will send you an email with information to try.
