rekordbox sorting by key

hi all. i export my playlists to a usb drive and was under the impression i could sort them by key on my player (cdj900). I've made sure i've slected sort by key in the preferences. but the option never appears when click menu on the player when scrolling through tracks it just shows the defaults..?

You need to do that on the device menu - click the USB device on the list then on the far right you'll see a tab with the Categories; ensure that the KEY is on the right side of the list. Just setting it in the preferences doesn't affect previously used devices.
